2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, and possible withholding of balances pending fraud investigation.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. 3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mas68 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3.3 You agree to notify mas68 immediately via the support channel ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. mas68 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly after becoming aware of the unauthorized access.
3.4 mas68 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.
3.5 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles mas68 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds credited to the Account.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mas68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied by mas68.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer transactions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga). Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to your Wallet and may require manual review for reversal.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by mas68's payment processing system, ordinarily within two to five minutes during operating hours of 07:00–23:00 WIB. Deposits submitted outside these hours may experience slightly longer confirmation times.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by mas68 within an average of five minutes during peak processing hours of 08:00–22:00 WIB. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next processing cycle. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your mas68 Wallet originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. mas68 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending completion of this review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in permanent Account closure.
4.6 Failed Transactions. mas68 accepts no liability for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing that are attributable to the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor. Users experiencing persistent payment issues should contact support at [email protected].

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.3 Qualifying Games. Wagering contributions toward bonus rollover requirements vary by product category. Sportsbook wagers on pre-match markets with odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating wagers with other members to hedge bonus positions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mas68 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, recoup credited bonus winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that have not been used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion (default: 30 days from crediting) will expire automatically and be removed from your Wallet without compensation.
5.6 mas68 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus terms already accepted by eligible members.
6.1 Finality of Wagers. Once a sportsbook wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's cancellation policy (e.g., certain pre-match markets may offer a short cancellation window). Casino game rounds, crash game rounds, and video poker hands are similarly final once initiated.

6.3 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void by mas68 where: (a) the underlying event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement period; (b) obvious pricing errors are identified; (c) the wager was placed on a market that was inadvertently made available after an event had already commenced in circumstances where live pricing was not intended; or (d) any other circumstance arises that makes settlement of the market impossible or unfair. Void wagers are refunded to your Wallet at the original stake amount.
6.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studio facilities. Technical disconnections on the User's side during a live casino round do not entitle the User to a refund where the round outcome has been determined by the studio's system. If a disconnection is attributable to a platform-side fault, mas68 will review the affected session and apply a fair resolution at its discretion.
6.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-transaction payout on any product category is Rp 500.000.000 per 24-hour period, unless a higher limit has been individually authorised for a verified member's Account in writing by mas68.
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the mas68 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
8.1 mas68 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for all members prior to processing their first withdrawal request, and may be requested at any time thereafter at mas68's discretion.
8.2 Required Documents. 11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits mas68's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 mas68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require mas68 to restrict your Account.
12.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending wagering activity will be settled and any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, mas68 reserves the right to retain any Wallet balance pending completion of an internal review. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
